blog is a type of free place for individual, in china, blog are more focus on the authors’ text ( famous blog always post some personal opinions of a hot issue or describe their life by using emotional writing). there are also have a rank of fomous chinese blog, one blog that i really like is a author named HanHan （韩寒）he is famous for him unique growth: he do not like the chinese education system so that he failed all his course but HanHan use his distinctive writing reflect the real of chinese situations that makes his blog have a great many readers. in a word, he is one of the influential person in chinese blog field.

In my opinion,Blog is kind of free place which is basically for individual to express themself by using different tools like text, image ,music…  it just like a online diaries.

the fantanstic point of Welblog i think is welblog  looks like a personal and private space for individual but actually it is a public interactive channel cause blog is a sybolic networked media. as a result , everyone can write what they like, at the same time, everyone also can be a viewer to see what they like in the blogs.

In  china, there is a rank for famous blogs as well, However,The enormous power of Chinese internet users make the  welblogs much more like a huge  public communication venue.
