Round things in my room

Today’s lecture actually focus on shot construction which give me a overview of how the camera works in a real shooting scene. lecturer analysis a film work in terms of the camera moving which makes me realized the importance and difficult of using camera, because i was thought that different shot can gather only due to the post production ( like use editing skills).
The point i really want to express is that camera has its valuable knowledge which help me get understanding of a film in such a professional perspective.
i also learned some basic ways of correct shooting. which i think will be helpful to our following group work.

flow plan is important which construct the camera moving in advance. then story board can easily draw.

Just make a short beginning of the group work: we actually form a film group which include 4 people in 3rd Tute: Zara, Sissi,Rachel and I
my role is to be a producer, ( i will update the details of working process when i as a producer) we are still think of our project. i hope we can have a cordial working relationship and produce a good film work!

Today’s tute give us a primary understanding of Korsakow. which i think is a interesting software. because it just make all the image (or vision) like a circle in order to get a smooth storytelling. The learning process of this software might be more interesting than HTML skills( which for me is hard to learn ) and i think i can understand and control the whole things.
however, i will explore the skills of Korsakow by myself after class, if there were some good works that i made by this, i just published to my blog.

as i said before, my second video is not good enough, however, i actually already get an idea of my third video, i will use more editing skills as well as sound to make it looks nice.

i develop my story as follow:

Boy and girl are actually acquainted with each other on the Internet, similar experience of ex boy/girl friend make them feel closed. The deep friendship is gradually developed between them due to they are both form a habit of sharing their life and feelings to each other; as time goes by, they feel fall in love with each other, however, they never meet at the real world so that they just wonder appearance of the person on the opposite side. Until one day girl propose that they could travel together in sometime. Boy and girl make agree on travel and both hope for it. They decide to carry identical album (which is their common favor) in order to meet and recognize each other.
Selected day is coming. Girl is arriving at the place they appointed in advance and waiting for boy. During that period, girl just gets on the phone which tells something about her examining report. At the same time, she heard a big sound of collision from hers back. She is ring off and follows the noisy crowd in order to know what is happened. A boy drop to the street and his hand hold a CD. This scene makes girl crying because she recognize him.
Boy loses his sight because the car accident, that makes him ever know the appearance of that girl. Until this girl donates eye corners to regain his vision. After recovery, boy heard the truth and decides to find that girl, but she is disappeared. Only a space photo and a letter with few sentences: Do not be curious about appearance of mine, I am looks like the next person you loved.
The real truth that boy do not know is girl suffer from cancer. The news just came from the day she was waiting for meet him.

i think my story actually is common, but i experienced the process of thinking the details of a story idea. and makes me understand the importance of a classic screen writing: 4 basical steps of a whole story are:
opening, developing, changing and concluding.
how to structure these 4 steps as well as make them amazing is a significant subject for me.
in terms of my synopsis, whether is good or not, the whole thinking and writing process is helpful to me.

My living things

i think this is actually not a good work, because my room is just lack of living things so i just try to make a story between fruit and plants. but the shot that i used might be too simple.

Today’s tute(10th march), everyone display their film work and we give feedback for each other.that makes me understand the real meaning of this assignment as well as how to creat a short film with pretty images and shoot skills. it will be helpful to my next video.( because of the limited condition, however,i will still use iphone as my camera)

Just a very rough and simple story idea:

A boy loses his sight because of a car accident. That makes him ever know the appearance of his girl friend. Until this girl donates eye corners to regain his vision,after recovery,boy decides to find that girl but she was disappeared. Only a space photo and a letter with few sentences: Do not be curious about appearance of mine, I am looks like the next person you loved.

There are some goals for my integrated media 1 course:
1: join all the lecture and tutes in order to follow the whole learning process.
2: update my blog as possible as i can to record what i learn and some resources that helpful to my study.
3: be active to share ideas in class, be passionate to take part in group work,ask tutor if meet any troubles.
4: Read 2 readings a week, take 1-2 extra hours to review,practice as well as self-study.

above are what i consider for now on, however, i will enjoy the course and try my best to finish all the tasks!
