In Week 8 Lecture, we have got a chance to know more about audition and the acting direction. Indeed, before this lecture our group have already finish our audition and somehow we have decided our cast.
As all of we know that drama is constituted by conflict. And conflict is constituted by action. What actors do in front of the camera is action. So the director should be have a good communication with his/her actors. For me, one-two words is preferred. Never tell the actors how to do but what to do. In the lecture, we learned interpretation for the actors in the scene:
Hard or Soft
Heavy or Light
Direct or Indirect
Fast or Slow
Bound or Free
