Meet Mona, the first to come to Melbourne among us and the original inhabitant of this house. The lease is in her name, and she can chuck us out anytime. But her heart's too big for that! Ask her anything about Melbourne and she'll know. "When we first came, we were 5 of us and had lots of fun, there were 11 at one point, which was too much, but now it's all right."
She's the loving mother figure in the house (Earlier known as Santa Claus ;), cooking yummy food, massaging everyone's worries away and doing their school work! She herself loves watching movies, and lately playing video games.
An amazing chef, she can whip up a full Gujarati meal - rice dal, vegetable, chapatis, and side dishes in less than an hour! She delivers tiffins to people, but we, the lucky housemates get to eat her food everyday. Of course some members complain it's too sweet and oily, but still finish the last morsel on their plate!
Her favourties are Shachi and Kirti, who she sleeps with. They're a little sub community themselves. The 2 call her Chittu, Diki, Jholu, etc., and other jealous people try to copy them and create fights but in vain! Mona's ever ready to fight the enemies - Guddu and Chandu to defend Shachi and Kirti.
